Of course, we accept returns. We offer a 14 days return policy on all our rugs if the customer is not 100% satisfied. If you received a damaged product (it'll never happen on our end to send you damaged goods) or if you don't like it please return it to us. Returning purchased goods is very simple. We do not ask questions back and forth. If you do not like the product and the rug is sent back in the same condition we will fully refund you. We will refund the postage only if the product you received was damaged otherwise you must cover the cost of the return shipping.
